Kumander Linux 2.1 ready for download

Dear all,

Kumander Linux 2.1 is now ready for download.

Changes in this release:

• Fixed the issue with the Weather Applet not being able to load data

• Changed the system sounds to be off by default. Turn them on by left clicking the sound icon in the system tray and selecting "Audio mixer...". Then go to the "Playback" tab and set the "System Sounds" volume to the desired value
